Lo invito a que usted utilice un mapa planisferio para realizar la siguiente prueba...ubique la zona de Galicia, los incendios fueron del sur de España hasta el Norte de este país, si marcamos el punto medio y lo marcamos veremos que si trasladamos una línea imaginaria hasta la costa oeste de California la misma muere en un punto llamado CABO MENDOCINO, es un poquito mas al norte de donde nace la falla de San Andrés, desde este punto hasta la frontera de México existe mas de 73 fallas geofísicas las cuales sirven como red de comunicaciones, en el tiempo que existieron estos incendios hubo 38 terremotos en una sola semana en la costa oeste de California, ESTO LO PUEDO DEMOSTRAR CON DOCUMENTOS.

En este acto genocida esta implicado el actual Presidente de Gobierno de España, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, El Presidente de Portugal, el Presidente de Gracia, el Gobernador de California Arnold Schwarzeneg.

El sistema que utilizan para incrementar la actividad sísmica en las zonas ya mencionadas es la misma que utilizaba el ex Presidente de Argentina Dr. Carlos Saúl Menem en combinación con la ex Ministra de medio ambiente Maria Julia Alzogaray incendiando los bosques de Bariloche para incrementar la actividad sísmica en Centro América.

Puedo demostrar fehacientemente que existe un mecanismo en el mundo que sirve para asesinar personas inocentes, puesta en marcha por los distintos Presidentes en combinación con organismos de inteligencia de cada país.

Me es grato dirigirme a ustedes para informarles sobre la importancia de los ESPECTROS AERODINÁMICOS.

Quisiera informarles que en el año 2004 estuve en contacto con la empresa WILLIANS de F-1 para modificar la carrocería del F-1, pero no nos pusimos de acuerdo en las condiciones, lo que ustedes leerán a continuación esta escrito por una persona que entiende mucho en la materia…ESPERO QUE LES RESULTE INETERSANTE.

Como ustedes bien saben AERODINÁMICA es una palabra compuesta, por AERO que significa AIRE y DINÁMICA que significa MOVIMIENTO. Básicamente es una materia que estudia el comportamiento del aire sobre una superficie determinada para recabar distintos datos técnicos.

En automovilismo se puede determinar el CX (coeficiente de resistencia al avance) o lo que en aeronáutica se conoce como AREA DE PLACA PLANA, que es esencialmente la proyección frontal de un cuerpo y otros coeficientes técnicos.

Dentro de este interesante estudio AERODINAMICO se presta especial atención a los ESPECTROS AERODINAMICOS, estos ESPECTROS se dividen en tres.

1- Flujo de aire LAMINAR. ( lo ideal)
2- Flujo de aire de TRANSICIÓN.
3- Flujo de aire TURBULENTO (este es el que hay que evitar).

La LAMINARIDAD del flujo de aire sobre una superficie determinada nos provee una ESTABILIDAD Y CONTROL superior (aquí también se tiene en cuenta el calculo del centro de gravedad) y un coeficiente de resistencia menor (CX) bajo condiciones atmosféricas adversas o elevadas velocidades, EL CALCULO DE CX SE UTILIZA POR EJEMPLO PARA REALIZAR CALCULOS DE CONSUMO DE COMBUSTIBLE.

Con este objetivo la eficiencia AERODINAMICA con la cual se construye dicha superficie (puede ser la carrocería de un automóvil, el fuselaje de un avión de caza o el ala del mismo), será mucho mayor. (La unidad en que se mide una capa límite en aeronáutica es en MICRONES).

FLUJO DE TRANSICIÓN. El mismo esta entre lo ideal y lo indeseable (el flujo turbulento), a fin de poder DOMINAR esta etapa en los autos de FORMULA UNO ustedes podrán observar en la carrocería del mismo como se colocan superficies aerodinámicas pequeñas que están entre el ALERON delantero y el TRASERO, las cuales a su vez tienen como apoyo unos DEFLECTORES AERODINÁMICOS que tiene como objetivo orientar el flujo de aire desde este punto hasta el alerón trasero, para incrementar la eficiencia aerodinámica del alerón trasero.

FLUJO TURBULENTO: Cuanto un móvil o cuerpo se mueve dentro de una masa de aire, la cual a su vez tiene factores técnicos que son variables como la temperatura ambiente, recordemos que al variar la temperatura del aire INDEFECTIBLEMENTE VARIA la densidad del mismo, unos de los factores predominantes en la generación de sustentación negativa o efecto suelo, se trata de lograr que el flujo turbulento quede fuera del cuerpo en cuestión ( en este caso la carrocería de un F-1), de esta manera se logra que dicha carrocería sea lo más eficiente posible, logrando las máximas velocidades en cada sector del circuito.

Dentro de las distintas superficies QUE GENERAN SUSTENTACION NEGATIVA encontramos el FLAPS FLOWES, este tipo de superficie son los que utilizan los GRANDES AVIONES COMERCIALES, tiene como ventaja un NOTABLE INCREMENTO de la sustentación A BAJAS VELOCIDADES…son exactamente los mismos (pero en pequeña escala) los que utilizan los F-1 en la pista, de esta manera se podrá comandar FACILMENTE a 300 Km/hs y tener absoluto dominio del mismo.

Como referencia de mi trayectoria profesional quisiera agregar que soy el creador del proyecto llamado GANAR-1, este proyecto es la modificación de una curva aerodinámica que incrementa la seguridad de vuelo en todos los helicópteros civiles y militares de todas las marcas tipos o modelos.

Puedo demostrar fehacientemente que existe un mecanismo en el mundo que sirve para asesinar personas inocentes, puesta en marcha por los distintos Presidentes en combinación con organismos de inteligencia de cada país.

Es mi intención poder hacer mas pero desde mi humilde posición me es imposible, por tal motivo llevo adelante la presente denuncia y solicitarles tengan a bien considerar la posibilidad de trabajar como científico dentro del organismo que ustedes representan para descubrir y atacar tales procedimientos.

En el año 1998, advertí mediante 5 faxes enviados al sumo pontífice Juan Pablo II los sucesos que se iba a acontecer en Centro América referente a los distintos terremotos y la posibilidad para evacuar personas y evitar de esta manera la mayor cantidad de muertes de personas inocentes, lo único que obtuve fue indiferencia, hace pocas semanas atrás le envié un fax a Benedicto XVI solicitándole la posibilidad de trabajar como científico para el Vaticano y enfrentar este tipo de procedimientos, lo único que obtuve fue indiferencia, espero que ustedes no estén implicados también en este modelo genocida. Tengo toda la documentación para demostrarlo.

Mr. President.

A través del presente querría extender a usted y a todos los valientes ciudadanos de la República Popular de China, mis condolencias más sinceras por los terribles acontecimientos que son de público conocimiento.

Otro de las razones de este acercamiento es los siguientes.

Según los estudios realizados por mi, los indiscriminados incendios realizados por algunos ciudadanos Argentinos, los cuales abarcaron importantes extensiones, son los responsables de la activación del volcán CHAITÉN en la República de Chile, y la actividad de este volcán fue el detonante que provocó el terremoto en su país ( este dato está confirmado, no acepto discrepancias al respecto).

Esta investigación lo lleve a conocimiento de agentes del servicio de inteligencia del estado argentino los cuales se lo transmitieron a la Sra. Presidenta de Argentina Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, la cuál con absoluta humildad e inteligencia acepto mis directivas.

En los próximos días se va a atacar los factores técnicos que servirán para desactivar, o anular la erupción del volcán CHAITÉN, (me reservo cuales son estos factores y como se hará).

Si en este avance se logra anular por completo la actividad volcánica es muy probable que haya un terremoto de iguales características en la zona ya afectada, esto se debe a un re acomodamiento de las placas tectónicas.

Sr. Presidente usted debe estar muy atento a la evolución que existirá con este Volcán, y recuerde que las placas tectónicas se volverán a acomodar en forma paulatina o brusca, este dato no lo puedo afirmar, si se produce con la segunda opción, su país sufrirá el mismo terremoto que lamentablemente ya tuvo.
